Metal Ink was founded in 2023 and is operated by me, Mara Kennan, in Boulder, CO. Metal Ink Finishing is my space where I transform titanium into a canvas through multi-media blasting and anodization.
Whether you envision a minimalist touch or an adventurous masterpiece with bold hues and intricate patterns, I thrive on pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. You think it, and I’ll work to create it. Have a random titanium object that needs some flare? Send it over and I’ll make it your own.

Blending music and marketing through voice
Music has always been one of my first creative outlets, and voice became a way to merge that passion with brand storytelling. As a commercial vocalist, I’ve lent my voice to national campaigns for brands like Werther’s Originals, Applejack Wine + Spirits, Inspirato Luxury Vacation Club, and even harmonized on a holiday Starbuck’s commercial. Each project challenged me to not just sing, but to translate a brand’s personality into sound.
